Terms and Conditions

PGL offers free Wi-Fi access to guests over the age of 18.

For international guests who are away from home and generally for longer periods, PGL will offer free Wi-Fi access to those under the age of 18 using their personal laptops, computers or mobile devices to help them keep in touch with home. A key will be provided to International Group Leaders to share as appropriate.

Colleagues and Visitors must not share Wi-Fi connection passwords with anyone else. Guests can share their key with other adult party members travelling with their group. You must not allow Wi-Fi connection passwords to be shared with anyone else outside of your group. Due to the nature of our business, access to certain websites are blocked to protect you and other guests. This does not imply the suitability of any sites that are not blocked.

Anyone found to be downloading any type of illegal material will be reported to the police or other appropriate authority. Anti-virus and security protection are the responsibility of the user, where applicable. Use of the Wi-Fi is at the user’s own risk. PGL is not responsible for any loss of data, theft, or damage to personal equipment or software.  At some centres, Wi-Fi bandwidth is still limited and connectivity cannot be guaranteed, but we are working to improve that.  In the meantime, please be patient and respectful of other people needing to use it.

The Centre Management and IT Service team reserve the right to terminate a Wi-Fi session at any time.
