About Caythorpe Court

Caythorpe Court is the perfect venue for an escape to the country for Brownies and Guides. Just ten miles north of Grantham, our Grade II listed mansion house stands in 65 acres of grounds full of exciting adventure activities for your girls to enjoy.

There's a lake for watersports, giant swings, climbing towers, zip wires and plenty of outdoor space for your girls to run around in.

The sports hall is available for evening activities, there are also meeting rooms which you can use for your own programme in the evening if you prefer. There is a variety of comfortable, purpose-built, en-suite accommodation, and tents in the summer.

Indoor Accommodation

Dormitory-style rooms in a range of accommodation blocks and lodges.

Groups - En suite rooms with bunk beds sleep 3-8
Leaders - En suite twin or single rooms

Single occupancy can be requested for some blocks – subject to minimum numbers.

Tent Village

Chalet-style tents you can stand up in and with proper beds!

Groups - 5 per tent
Leaders - 1 or 2 per tent

Showers and toilets are located close by with separate facilities for leaders.

Leaders tents have a power point to charge mobile phones etc.

07.00 - 08.50	Get up, get ready and fuel up for the day ahead with a hearty breakfast.
08.50 - 12.00	Morning activities - 2 sessions with a 10 minute break in-between.
12.00 - 13.50	Enjoy a fresh and tasty two-course hot lunch and some free time.
13.50 - 17.00	Afternoon activities - 2 sessions with a 10 minute break in-between.
17.00 - 19.00	Time to eat again - a different dinner menu each day.
19.00 - 21.00	Discos, campfires, quizzes and more - our evening entertainment programme keeps everyone engaged until bedtime.
21.00 / 21.30	Bedtime. Catch up on some zzz's ready to do it all again tomorrow!
