Calling all Frozen fans! Disneyland Paris is going to have an all-new Frozen land. This already magical kingdom is about to get even more magical, with Elsa, Anna, Olaf and more getting their own home. So, let’s delve into everything that we know about the Frozen land coming to Disneyland Paris.
Frozen Land Disneyland Paris
In 2018, the CEO of Disney, Robert Iger, announced plans for the Frozen land. So what do we know? Well, the area will immerse guests within the Kingdom of Arendelle, just like in Frozen!
When is Frozen Land opening in Disneyland Paris?
There currently isn’t a confirmed date for opening, but we could maybe see 2025 be the year. The Disney expansion plans included 3 new lands by 2024/2025, and the Avengers Campus is one of those!
The Kingdom of Arendelle is going to be towards the back of the Walt Disney Studios park, featuring a new lake! But what else could be in store?
What to expect at Frozen Land?
Here are a few details of what has been announced, and what you can expect when the new land opens.
Elsa’s Castle
Imagine entering the Walt Disney Studio Park and gazing up at Elsa’s castle, set behind a huge new lake. It could replicate the feeling of walking down Main Street is the Disneyland park. Elsa’s castle would be perfect for those children who had fallen in love with the more modern Disney characters.
A new restaurant
Not just any restaurant. We’re talking a place with a lake view, giving a picturesque vista of the Kingdom of Arendelle. Is there a more perfect way for your Disney princesses to enjoy their meal?
New stores
The new shops and stores could give the feel of a Nordic village, just like where Frozen is set. Nobody knows exactly what stores will be opening yet, but you can expect them to fantastic!
A new attraction
As well as the new immersive land, the area will also get a new attraction. Even though this attraction is still unknown, we can expect it to be Frozen themed and, of course, epic as always!
Meet & Greet
It’s going to be the new home of Elsa, Anna, Olaf and all of the Frozen characters, so expect to be able to meet and greet them right here!
