Gasthof Bären
Warth-Schröcken, Austria
About Gasthof Bären
Run by the Lumper family, the Gasthof Bären is a traditional style Austrian hotel in the centre of the picturesque village of Holzgau.
Students start from the beginner slopes in Schröcken, a short 20 minutes’ drive away by coach, using the Saloberjet.
More experienced skiers can explore the whole Warth-Schröcken region from here. The new Auenfeldjet now links the region to Lech-Zürs (lift pass supplement applies).
Accommodation
The Gasthof Bären has a small bar, a lounge area and a games room with table tennis, table football and a pool table. The dining room can be used by groups for evening activities. Internet access is also available. The Gasthof has 73 beds in mainly 2-4 bedded rooms on two floors.
Breakfast is served buffet-style. A packed lunch is provided for the slopes and the three-course evening meal is served to the table. Tap water is available at all meals on request.
You may be charged a damage deposit on arrival.
