About Hotel First Mountain Zillertal

A modern hotel in the centre of the village of Aschau with lots of amenities nearby. The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of the Ziller valley with the lifts at Zell and Ziller and Kaltenbach a short coach ride away. The Hintertux glacier at the end of the valley offers a snow guarantee and is included on the pass.

Beginners start on the beginners’ area on the Rosenalm at Zell am Ziller, which is situated at 1750m. You can then explore the whole of the Zillertal arena and, later in the week, the nearby resorts of Mayrhofen and Kaltenbach, which are all included on the pass. You can also include a trip to the Hintertux glacier which offers skiing above 3000m.

Accommodation

The hotel has a total of 110 beds in 38 rooms, spread over 3 floors. Students are generally accommodated in spacious 3-4 bedded rooms and teachers are usually in 2-4 bedded rooms. All rooms are en suite and are equipped with a TV, safe and hairdryer. The majority of rooms also have a balcony

The hotel has a large, traditional dining room, which can seat over 100 guests. There is also a bar and lounge area, which has disco lights and a sound system. Both can be used as meeting rooms for evening activities.

Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style and a packed lunch is made up at breakfast to take to the slopes. Tap water is available on request.

A damage deposit may be payable on arrival and there is a charge of €20 for lost keys.
