What is the best way to get to Chateau du Grande if we are travelling by air or Eurostar?

Due to the rural location in the French countryside, there are no public transport provisions to take you from the airport or Eurostar. We advise hiring a car to make your way from Charles de Gaulle or the Gare du Nord Eurostar.

How long does it take to reach Chateau du Grande from the ferry port at Calais?

Some families that book a Paris and Disneyland package from the UK arrive via the ferry at Calais. If you are driving down from the port at Calais to Chateau du Grande, then the drive will take approximately three and a half hours.

How many people can the accommodation at Chateau du Grande cater for?

Our family rooms provide plenty of space for you and your children. For parents, you'll have a separate room with two single beds and and an adjacent or opposite room with bunk beds for up to 4 children. Each room benefits from en-suite shower room facilities, with bedding and towels included.

When can we arrive to check in for a 5-night Family Disney Explorer and Paris holiday?

When you book our 5-night Paris and Disneyland package with PGL, you'll arrive on Tuesday, between the hours of 4-6pm. You will depart Chateau du Grande after breakfast on Sunday.

We have experienced a slight delay during our travels, can we still have an evening meal?

We understand that travel arrangements don't always go to plan, but we can make adjustments to ensure you're fed well once you arrive. You can contact the centre directly to let them know about your late arrival, and they'll make provisions for your evening meal.

Will my family be safe on a Disneyland Paris and Paris trip?

We always put your child’s safety first on our Paris trip with Disneyland packages. All of our instructors at Château de Grande Romaine have had training in their activity area and gained experience working with children, so they know how to carry out activities safely. Safety equipment is provided for every activity, and risk assessments are carried out and updated frequently at all of our centres. All of our staff also undergo a DBS check.
