Ski Leader Guide
Free supervisory places
Once you’ve collected your deposits and you know how many students you have on the trip, you can work out your free places. We offer a 1:8 free place ratio by coach and a 1:10 free place ratio by air. On coach tours, we offer a bonus free place if you fill the coach to its capacity of 42 full paying passengers. Please note that if numbers drop below 42, free places will be amended accordingly.
Party Leader concessions
We are pleased to offer excellent concessions for your spouse/partner and children. Please note, children under 8 will not be included in group lessons, but alternatives may be possible at a supplement.
Your spouse or partner may be able to fill one of the free adult places in your group. Children must be the children of the Party Leader. Concessions only apply if you have a full group of 40 paying passengers or more.
Groups travelling by coach
Your spouse or partner can travel at the child price with no adult supplement. Up to two of your children can travel at 50% of the basic ski course price before any additional services are added.
Groups travelling by air
Your spouse or partner can travel at the child price and you only pay any applicable adult lift pass supplement. Up to two of your children can travel at 75% of the basic ski course price before any additional services are added.
